Installed the trailer hitch but did not have the bezel that trims the hitch. They said it would take another week to get it but was not supplied with any details like was it included or is it going to cost more for it and it they were going to notify me when it arrives.

My boyfriend and I were in search of a work car because he was putting too many miles on his truck. After spending a lot of time looking online without any luck, we decided to stop by this dealership on our way to Pittsburgh. To our surprise, we found a car that was absolutely perfect for his needs. The sales guy and the manager were incredibly professional and didn't pressure us to buy at all. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this dealership!

I recently deleted a review that I gave because I was under the impression that it was the dealership that kept me waiting. It was actually the warranty company one of the representative of the dealership. Mr.George called me personally and explained what had happened. He was very professional, and everybody I ever dealt with from that company was very professional and is very professional. I would recommend that dealership to every and anybody that ask me where I can get a decent car from for a great price.

I worked with James Beaver and Matthew Klimas and they seamlessly completed the deal over the phone and then arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to my home a few hours away two days later. Very pleased and I would definitely recommend them.

After I got hammered with the usual emails trying to get me to buy I made 4 attempts to get a itemized quote in writing for a finale cost of a vehicle with no response till I reminded this dealership it is a violation of FTC law to ignore the request. Finally I got a total inflated cost without it itemized on to reveal how they came to it..No explanation I can calculate other than them adding fake fees or inflating the MSRP. Too many other dealers out there that are not greedy so as to shop elsewhere.
